 salary: 45,012 ETB

Job Purpose

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and managing all human resources functions to support organizational objectives. This role ensures effective talent management, compliance with labor laws, and the development of a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Management

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals
  • Advise management on workforce planning, organizational development, and change management

Recruitment & Talent Management

  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development programs

Employee Relations

  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions
  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and rewards systems
  • Coordinate payroll processes with finance

Compliance & HR Operations

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial responsibility
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of confidentiality and ethical judgment
