Position Title: Human Resources Manager 

Required No: 1 (one) 

CURE is seeking qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the position of Human Resource Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating human resource management activities to support organizational goals. 

Place of Work: The CURE Hospital, Addis Ababa 

Salary: According to organization’s pay scale 

Terms of Employment: Full Time 

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage) 

• Professional HR certification is an added advantage 

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role 

• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices 

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills 

• Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office applications
