The Reception role at OVID Real Estate is a full-time position aimed at providing exceptional customer service in an office environment. This junior-level position requires 1-3 years of experience in a similar role. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.

  • Prepare and distribute correspondence and documents as needed.
  • Handle mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery and pickup.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as required.

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders to maintain inventory.
  • Implement creative solutions to enhance visitor experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Background

  • Diploma & BA in Office Management & related field.

Experience

  • 0-1+ years of experience in Reception
