Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Support budget preparation, monitoring, and reporting activities.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims in line with organizational policies and procedures.
• Support payroll processing and preparation 
• Collaborate with project and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information.

Reports to: Finance Manager
Duty Station: Addis Ababa

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with minimal practical experience are encouraged to apply.
