Acting on behalf of AIG Investment Group, we are seeking committed and highly qualified professionals to join its leadership team in the following positions:

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute long-term financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

• Advise the CEO/Board on financial planning, capital allocation, and investment decisions.

• Lead capital structuring, mergers & acquisitions, and financial risk management.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.

• Ensure compliance with Ethiopian tax law, IFRS, and international financial regulations.

• Manage treasury operations, cash flow, and working capital.

Governance & Compliance

• Present comprehensive financial reports and strategic insights to the CEO/Board.

• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and accountability.

• Implement financial controls and risk mitigation frameworks.

Technology & Innovation

• Drive digital transformation in finance through ERP and analytics platforms.

• Introduce automation tools for reporting and compliance monitoring.

Key Requirements

• Education: BA in Accounting & Finance; Master’s in Finance/Accounting or MBA (Finance).

• Certifications: CPA, ACCA, CFA strongly preferred.

• Experience: 10+ years in corporate finance, with 5+ years in executive leadership.

• Skills: Strategic planning, risk management, capital structuring, board-level reporting.

• Attributes: Integrity, visionary leadership, discipline, and accountability.

• Requirements: Eligible under Ethiopian labor law; willingness to travel.
