SECTION 1: Open BID 

1. Introduction

Vita is an Ireland based non-profit organization working on agriculture and livelihood development and climate change mitigation programs in South Ethiopia, Amhara and Oromia Regional States. Vita has been registered under the Authority for Civil Society Organizations with License No 0839, interested to invite bidders for the organization comprehensive Asset Valuation.

1. Purpose of the BID

Vita invites sealed bids from eligible, qualified, experienced bidders for one time asset valuation service for the organization Vehicles, Motor Bikes, Building (1), office equipment’s and furniture’s. 

SECTION 2: INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS 

2.1. Eligibility and Qualification Requirements, Bidders must meet the following minimum requirements:

2.1.1 Legal Registration: Valid and renewed Business License/Trade License in the sector for the current Ethiopian fiscal year.

2.1.2 Tax Compliance: Valid Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) Certificate, VAT registration certificate, and a valid Tax Clearance Certificate from the Ethiopian Revenue and Customs Authority.

2.1.4. Experience: Minimum of Five (3) years of relevant experience in providing similar services, preferably for NGOs, international organizations, or reputable corporate bodies.

2.1.5. Technical Capacity: Adequate technical staff for the required work.

2.4. Clarifications:   Any request for clarification must be submitted in writing to the contact person specified in Section 1.2 or stated phone Number - no later than [e.g., 1 day] before the closing date. Vita will respond to all clarifications via an addendum to all prospective bidders.
