Job Requirements

Required Education & Experience

• Diploma in Teaching, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, or a related field.

Key Qualifications

• Patience, good reception, compassion, and respect for young children.

• Ability to communicate in a manner suitable for children's developmental stages.

• Understanding of positive discipline practices and age-appropriate behavior management.

• Commitment to children's safety and protection.

• Ability to assist the main teacher in group and individual learning activities.

• Ability to supervise students during various activities, transitions, break times, and other daily routines.

• Ability to prepare learning materials, organize classroom resources, and support hands-on learning activities.

• Ability to observe students and report learning processes or behavioral issues to the main teacher.
