• Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience for high school diploma holders or 2 years for college diploma holders

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the preschool teacher in preparing and delivering classroom activities.

• Support children during learning, play, and daily routines.

• Supervise children and ensure their safety and well-being.

• Prepare and organize classroom materials.

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and supportive learning environment.

• Encourage positive behavior, social interaction, and teamwork among children.

• Support classroom management and maintain an organized learning environment.

• Attend training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in childcare, child development, and early childhood education.
