Job Requirements

• Education: BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Management, or related field of study

• Experience: 3+ years in banking/MFI, with 1+ years in a supervisory role

• Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

• Quantity Required: 3

• Duty Station: Bahir Dar & Addis Ababa

• Salary/Allowance: 24k+ Allowances

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direct branch operations and credit appraisal

• Manage loan portfolio quality & NPL targets

• Ensure regulatory compliance and staff leadership

Skills & Competencies

• Core Banking Systems (CBS) proficiency

• PAR & NPL management

• Regulatory directives & AML/CFT compliance
