Education Requirement

• A master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Work Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve the organization’s goals.

• Establish and maintain financial performance metrics and KPIs to support decision making.

• Develop financial planning, for casting, budgeting, and reporting.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax and accounting standards.

• Mange relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.

• Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the leadership team for decision making.

• Lead the finance team, fostering professional development and operational efficiency.

• Develop risk management strategies to protect organizational assets.

• Oversee cost management initiatives to optimize operational efficiency.

• Oversee audits, financial controls and reporting systems.

   Qualifications and skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial management role, preferably in [transportation, import/export and real estate industry.]

• Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and risk management.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders
