Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified, experienced, and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our organization on a part-time basis.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or with related field of study

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.

Experience:

• 5 - 8 years of experience

• Proven experience in finance/accounting management

• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the company’s financial operations and accounting activities.

• Prepare and review financial statements, reports, budgets, and cash-flow forecasts.

• Monitor income, expenses, receivables, payables, and overall financial performance.

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.

• Support budgeting, financial planning, and management decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with applicable tax, accounting, and financial regulations.

• Review payroll, tax, pension, and other statutory financial obligations.

• Provide management with financial analysis and recommendations.

• Establish and maintain effective financial controls and procedures.

• Coordinate with management, auditors, banks, and relevant government authorities when required.

• Ability to work independently and provide professional financial advice to management.
