• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Clinical Nursing, or with related healthcare field.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinical activities and patient flow.

• Coordinate and support clinical staff

• Follow up on patient-care concerns and complaints.

• Coordinate ambulance services, oxygen, and essential equipment.

• Coordinate patient referrals, ensuring proper preparation and documentation.

• Monitor essential clinical supplies and equipment.

• Prepare and communicate clinical updates and reports.

• Escalate urgent clinical and operational concerns to the appropriate supervisor.

• Perform other related duties assigned by management.

• Strong coordination and communication skills.

• Good clinical knowledge and patient-care skills.

• Good leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Good documentation and reporting skills.

• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.

• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
