Job Summary:

We are seeking qualified and motivated Nurses to join our clinical team. The Nurses will provide quality patient care, monitor patients, administer medications and treatments, maintain proper documentation, and support smooth clinical services.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with valid professional registration/license.

• Experience: 0 - 1 year of experience

• Location: Tazma Medical and Surgical Specialized Center

• Salary: As per the organization’s scale and policy.

• Work Conditions: Full time, shift based work

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide safe and compassionate nursing care.

• Monitor patients and report changes in their condition.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Assist physicians during procedures and patient care.

• Maintain accurate nursing records and proper shift handover.

• Follow infection prevention, safety, and clinical protocols.

• Support emergency care and patient referrals.

• Coordinate with the clinical team and ambulance service when patient transfer is required.

• Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards.

• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Skills & Competencies

• Good clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Good documentation and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.

• Basic computer skills.
