Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Pharmacist with a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy and relevant professional experience to join our team. The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications, ensuring proper medication management, maintaining accurate pharmacy records, providing medication-related information to patients and healthcare professionals, and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and organizational policies.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy with valid professional registration/license.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately according to prescriptions and established procedures.

• Review prescriptions for appropriate medication, dosage, and potential interactions.

• Provide patients with clear instructions on medication use, dosage, and precautions.

• Maintain accurate records of medication dispensing and pharmacy transactions.

• Monitor medication stock levels, expiry dates, and storage conditions.

• Assist in ordering, receiving, and proper storage of medicines and medical supplies.

• Ensure proper documentation and accountability of pharmacy inventory.

• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication-related matters.

• Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and organizational policies.

• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards.

• Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of pharmacy practices, medication management, and dispensing procedures.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.

• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
