Arba Minch Conference Resort in collaboration with Ethiopian Skylight Hospitality Group would like to announce new vacant positions for Arba Minch Conference Resort – Arba Minch.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Years of Experience: Ten or more years in professional kitchens, including senior culinary leadership in quality hospitality. Technical Skills & Systems • Menu development, food costing (USALI), HACCP, volume and à la carte production, Ethiopian and international cuisine.
Skills:
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Amharic and English, spoken and written; an additional language is an advantage

Education & Certifications
Educational Requirements: Diploma/degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional culinary training. Or COC in Culinary Arts / Food Preparation.
Certifications: NTQF Level V, Professional Certification & Licenses Advanced HACCP/food-safety and culinary certifications required/preferred.
