What We’re Looking For
Experience:
Years of Experience: Five or more years in revenue, reservations or commercial roles, including analytical leadership, in hospitality. Technical Skills & Systems in Revenue-management systems, PMS, channel managers, forecasting and USALI revenue reporting; advanced Excel
Skills:
Language Proficiency: Fluency in Amharic and English, spoken and written; an additional language is an advantage

Education & Certifications
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, Economics or a related field OR COC in Hotel Management / Revenue Management.
Certifications: NTQF Level V, Professional Certification & Licenses Revenue-management certification (CRME/CHIA) and USALI training preferred.
