FEMALE SALES OFFICER

Job Description

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom and understand their furniture needs.

• Present and promote the company’s furniture products, designs, and solutions.

• Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Actively follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, and potential customers.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to showroom sales growth.

• Promote furniture packages and whole-house furnishing solutions.

• Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers regarding orders, payments, delivery, and installation.

• Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and follow-ups.

• Support showroom organization, product presentation, and daily sales activities.

• Monitor customer feedback and market trends and report relevant information to management.

• Carry out other sales-related duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Female candidates only.

• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience is preferred.

• Fresh graduates/candidates with no prior experience are also welcome to apply if they have strong communication and customer-service skills.

• Good English communication skills are required.

• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

• Confident, friendly, presentable, and comfortable communicating with customers.

• Sales-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.

• Must live in or near Anfo and be able to conveniently commute to the showroom.

• Basic computer skills are an advantage.
