Job Purpose

The Graphic Designer is responsible for Create visually appealing and brand-consistent designs that effectively communicate marketing messages, promote projects, and strengthen the company's brand identity.

Job Summary

Position Title: Graphic Designer

Reports To: Creative Team Leader / Marketing Head

Duty Station: Addis Ababa Head Office

Salary & Benefits: Negotiable, commensurate with qualifications and experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials including social media posts, brochures, flyers, banners, billboards, and presentations.

• Develop creative concepts and visual assets for campaigns and promotions.

• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity.

• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign concepts and content planning.

• Prepare artwork for print and digital platforms.

• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.

• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, architecture, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.

Professional Experience

• 2–4 years of proven experience in graphic design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Core Professional Skills

• Knowledge of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design.

• Experience in digital and print production.

• Basic motion graphics and video editing skills are an advantage.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design work.

• Creativity and visual storytelling.
