Graphic Designer & Multimedia Content Creator

Job Description

Work Arrangement: Remote-based; must be available at Addis Ababa or Dukem office up to two (2) days per week as required

Key Responsibilities

• Create digital and print marketing designs. 

  Advertisement

• Develop social media content, reels, animations, and promotional videos. 

• Edit videos for campaigns and product promotions. 

• Design packaging, labels, POSM, brochures, flyers, and banners. 

• Support brand communication and visual identity. 

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of graphic design experience. 

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. 

• Experience in animation, motion graphics, and video editing. 

• Strong social media content creation skills (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube). 

• Knowledge of branding, typography, and visual design. 

• Creative, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused. 

• FMCG experience is an advantage. 

Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory)

Submit portfolio samples including:

• Brand identity and logo designs 

• Social media creatives and reels 

• Motion graphics and animation 

• Video editing samples 

• Packaging and label designs 

• Posters, flyers, brochures, and POSM materials 

Portfolio Format: PDF or online link (Adobe Portfolio, personal website, etc.)

Job Requirements

Experience: 2–3 Years

Education: Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related fields.
