Job Description

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media & Multimedia Content Specialist to manage social media content, create graphic designs, and produce photo and video materials for marketing campaigns, events, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site photo and video shooting, including product content, user interviews, and event coverage.

• Plan and execute video projects (short promotional videos, product demos, and event coverage) from concept and scripting to filming and final editing.

• Interview customers to capture authentic stories, testimonials, and insights.

• Design engaging content for social media, websites, print materials, and offline events (roadshow, exhibitions)

• Ensure brand consistency across all visual, graphic, and multimedia assets in line with brand guidelines.

• Manage and coordinate external vendors for printing and production, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery.

• Collaborate closely with the Country Manager, marketing team, and product & tech teams to translate ideas into compelling visual designs.

• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, creative tools, and multimedia technologies to bring fresh ideas to every project.

• Manage social media content planning, creation, scheduling, and posting.

• Create engaging graphics for social media, digital campaigns, websites, print materials, and events.

• Shoot and edit photos and videos for products, promotional campaigns, customer interviews, events, roadshows, and exhibitions.

• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency by working with designers from headquaters.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when needed.

• Stay updated on social media trends, design styles, and video formats

Job Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English is a must, Amharic is a plus.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a must.

• Strong video editing skills are a must. Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar editing software.

• Experience in social media management and content creation.

• Good photography and video shooting skills.

• Strong sense of design, layout, branding, and visual storytelling.

• Ability to utilize AI tools

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Willingness to work on-site when required for shoots, interviews, and events
