Job Summary:
A creative, detail-oriented designer with a strong portfolio spanning both static graphic design and motion/video work, ideally with exposure to real estate, property, or architecture-related content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design print and digital marketing materials (brochures, flyers, signage, social media graphics, presentations) for Kavod's commercial real estate portfolio

• Create motion graphics and short-form video content for property listings, brand campaigns, and social media

• Develop and maintain visual brand identity and design guidelines across all marketing touchpoints

• Edit and produce property walkthrough videos, drone footage, and promotional videos

• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to produce timely, on-brand creative asset

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics-

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both print/digital design and video/motion work

• Experience designing for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)

• Basic photography/videography and drone footage editing skills preferred

• Prior experience in a marketing/creative agency serving similar industries.

• Strong visual storytelling and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

• Collaborative team player who takes and applies feedback well

• Alignment with Kavod's brand standards and professional image
