Hotel Manager – Denbi Eco Lodge, South West Ethiopia

Denbi Eco Lodge is a low-density luxury eco lodge built around experiences before rooms: wild coffee origin experiences, lake activities, forest trails and food grown on site. It is run with the local community and managed by The First Group Hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across rooms, food and beverage, housekeeping and engineering

• Recruit, train and develop the lodge team, with a focus on local talent

• Deliver a consistently warm guest experience and handle feedback personally

• Manage budgets, cost control and reporting to the cluster and ownership

• Work with the commercial team to build occupancy and rate

• Maintain brand, safety and sustainability standards

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in hospitality management

• Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or Assistant Hotel Manager in a boutique, resort or eco property

• Strong financial and people-management skills

• Fluent English; Amharic is an advantage

• Willingness to live and work on site
