Job Description

Best Western Plus Pearl Addis Hotel is seeking an experienced Housekeeping and Laundry Manager to oversee the cleanliness, presentation, and daily operation of its housekeeping department.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations.

  Advertisement

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and laundry facilities.

• Lead, train, schedule, and support team members.

• Manage linen, uniforms, cleaning supplies, and departmental budgets.

• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments.

• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.

• Monitor quality, productivity, and operating costs.

• Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality

• Experience: More than Two years management experience in hotel housekeeping.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Knowledge of housekeeping operations and quality standards.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• Relevant hospitality qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
