HR Business Partner
Purpose of the Job:
To provide effective human resources solutions that meet the function’s needs by maintaining strategic alignment between the function and Human Resources strategies and programs.
Main Duties and responsibilities:
· Advice on human resource strategies, programs, and practices within assigned functions related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy and planning, leadership development, employee development and training, performance management and compensation review, career and succession planning, workforce analytics and organizational effectiveness.
· Assess the impact of HR and talent programs on the performance of the company.
· Guide strategic direction with Communities of Expertise on talent initiatives to ensure alignment and support of function’s strategies.
· Coordinate with Communities of Expertise to develop new HR and talent programs.
· Develop a deep understanding of the business unit; bring relevant and business-impactful HR tools and solutions that drive business results.
· Participate, and represent HR, in strategic business plan development and ongoing business meetings/decisions in the assigned function.
· Provide feedback to the Communities of Expertise and HR Operations on the efficient and effective delivery of HR services.
· Partner with Communities of Expertise to share and receive knowledge of global, regional, and local policies and regulations to understand implications for the business. Set up quality standards of communication plan and change management approaches.
· Implement a standardized People Change methodology and toolkit, aligned to the HR operating model.
· Manage cross-initiative conflicts in sponsorship, communication and change management.
· Provide guidance and recommendations on organizational alignment to the Results Management Officer (RMO) Leader and the project/program management.
· Create awareness and secure buy-in of the change portfolio ensuring higher adoption rates.
· Assess the organizational alignment of each initiative as needed.
· Evaluate the change impact of all projects on the business, identify areas of high impact and as needed recommend alternatives to the RMO Leader and the Steering Committee.
· Continuously assess People Change initiatives within projects, and assist where required.
· Develop or support the development of training programs.
· Prepare and submit periodic performance reports
Qualification and Experience:
- · Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources Management or related fields
- · one (1) year and two (2) years of relevant experience for a Master`s and a Bachelor, respectively
- · Professional Qualification: Strong analytical skills to assess talent needs and evaluate program effectiveness
- · Place of Work: Head Office
- · Salary: As per the company scale (Attractive).
