Job Summary

We are hiring an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, conflict resolution, and compliance with labor laws and lead recruitment, employee relations, policy enforcement, and staff development. The candidate will collaborate with senior leadership to improve workplace culture and retention.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Master's Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or with related field of study

• A Bachelor’s Degree with extensive relevant experience will be considered

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in HR management experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies.

• Lead recruitment, training, and employee development programs.

• Manage performance evaluations and employee relations.

• Handle workplace conflicts and ensure labor law compliance.

• Oversee HR operations and support workforce planning.
