HR Manager

Job Description

Blue Elephant Fiber Board Manufacturing is urgently seeking a qualified and experienced HR Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the full recruitment process for both our factory in Buie and our Addis Ababa office.

• Monitoring and following up on employee attendance and timekeeping.

• Advising the company on matters related to labor law and compliance.

• Overseeing employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.

• Coordinating training and development programs for staff.

• Maintaining accurate employee records and preparing HR reports.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of proven experience in HR management.

• Previous experience working in a Chinese company is highly preferred.

• Ability to speak Chinese is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian labor law.

• Willingness to travel to and conduct meetings in Buie when needed.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
