Position: Junior Marketing Officer

Patchee Food Manufacturing PLC is looking for a motivated, organized, creative, and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Officer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of the company's marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and brand visibility initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

• Coordinate events, exhibitions, activations, and other brand visibility activities.

• Prepare and follow up on marketing schedules, plans, timelines, and activity calendars.

• Coordinate branding, printing, advertising, and promotional materials.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.

• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, media partners, agencies, and internal departments.

• Prepare marketing reports, presentations, activity summaries, and other marketing documents.

• Support social media, digital marketing, and content-related activities when required.

• Maintain proper marketing documentation, records, and administrative follow-ups.

• Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

• Support the implementation of brand standards across marketing and promotional activities.

• Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in marketing, marketing coordination, FMCG, food manufacturing, or a related industry.

• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Good understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively under deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

• Creative, proactive, organized, and results oriented.

• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.

• Experience in events, activations, branding, social media, or promotional activities is an advantage.
