• Education & Training: TVET certificate in Hotel Operations/Sanitation.

• Professional Experience: 3–4+ years of experience in kitchen stewarding, dishwashing, or sanitation in a restaurant, hotel, or catering facility.

Job Requirements

• Core Competencies & Requirements:

• Chemical Handling & Dishwashing: Practical knowledge of dishwashing machine operations, manual 3-compartment sink washing, and safe chemical dilution/usage.

• Kitchen Sanitation: Deep cleaning of heavy cooking equipment, exhaust hoods, preparation tables, walk-in chillers, and kitchen floors.

• Waste Management: Proper segregation, sorting, and disposal of wet and dry kitchen waste according to safety protocols.

• Inventory & Breakage Control: Careful handling and safe storage of chinaware, glassware, flatware, and banquet service equipment to minimize loss and breakage.
