Marketing and Business Development Head

Job Description

Job Summary:

The Marketing and Business Development Head will drive business growth, student recruitment, brand awareness, and strategic partnerships for the aesthetic training center. This role requires a dynamic professional with a strong marketing background, client acquisition expertise, and strategic vision within the healthcare/beauty sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to attract and enroll prospective students across basic, advanced, and specialized aesthetic tracks.

• Design and implement digital marketing strategies (social media management, content creation, targeted ads, website oversight, and promotional events).

• Establish strategic business partnerships with clinics, dermatologists, beauty parlors, medical professionals, and corporate stakeholders.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing models, and new growth opportunities within the aesthetic and wellness industry.

• Build and manage corporate sponsorship programs and professional network referrals.

• Track, analyze, and report on key sales performance indicators (KPIs), ROI on marketing spending, and enrollment numbers.

Job Requirements

Educational Background:

• BA/MA in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in marketing, business development, or sales leadership, preferably in medical services, aesthetics, wellness, or training/educational institutions.

•  Deep understanding of social media marketing, lead generation, and brand positioning in Addis Ababa.

• Strong negotiation, strategic networking, external relation and presentation skills.

• Passion for the aesthetic, cosmetic, and wellness industries.
