Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing and Sales Officer with a strong passion for customer engagement and results-driven strategies.to join our team and execute integrated marketing campaigns while actively driving sales growth. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets. Additional duties include conducting market research, managing social media platforms, creating promotional content, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective strategies. The candidate will also handle customer inquiries, negotiate contracts, drive brand awareness, generate leads close sales and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or with related field of study

• Master's Degree in Marketing or Business is a plus

Experience:

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing and/or sales is preferred.

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support sales growth.

• Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships.

• Promote products/services and achieve sales targets.

• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs.

• Prepare sales reports and track performance.

• Handle customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Support contract negotiations and marketing strategies.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms is required.
