Meryz Gift & Decor specializes in gift items and event decoration services. To support our business growth, strengthen our market presence, and expand our client base, we are seeking five creative, motivated, and results-oriented Marketing Specialists to join our team.
The ideal candidates will have strong marketing and communication skills, practical experience in social media management, and a passion for creativity, customer engagement, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Brand & Sales Growth: Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that directly boost sales and brand visibility.
Social Media Mastery: Take full ownership of our TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts to produce viral, high-converting digital content.
Corporate Client Acquisition: Actively identify, prospect, and secure high-value corporate accounts for event decoration and corporate gift packages.
Campaign & ROI Analytics: Plan, run, and track advertising performance to continuously optimize return on investment.
Customer Engagement: Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and online interactions promptly with high professionalism.
Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
Create engaging and creative digital content to promote the company’s gift products and event decoration services.
Identify and acquire new corporate clients, build strong business relationships, and explore new business opportunities.
Plan and execute advertising campaigns to attract customers and increase sales.
Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and comments promptly and professionally.
Monitor social media engagement and marketing performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance customer experience, strengthen brand visibility, and increase market reach.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of proven hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.
Portfolio / Work Proof: Demonstrated track record of managing successful social media accounts or creative campaigns.
Skills: Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience engagement strategies, and visual storytelling.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement, and online promotional strategies.
A genuine interest in gift products, event decoration, and creative marketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
Strong creativity, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
Honesty, dedication, professionalism, and a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and corporate clients.
