Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or with related field of study

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years work experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the main link between buyers and the factory

• Ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and communicated to relevant production teams.

• Coordinate the complete order cycle, including buyer inquiries, costing, order confirmation, material and trim follow-up, sample development and approval, production scheduling, quality requirements, and shipment arrangements.

• Monitor production progress against agreed timelines and ensure orders remain on schedule.

• Maintain accurate order records and provide regular updates to buyers and management.

• Promptly address changes, delays, quality concerns, and other issues that may affect delivery.

• Work closely with production, planning, procurement, quality control, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order completion.

• Ensure orders are completed according to approved specifications, quality standards, agreed costs, and delivery deadlines.

• Maintain strong and professional relationships with buyers.
