• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or with related field of study

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years work experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the company’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions.

• Ensure raw materials, production processes, and finished products meet approved specifications and customer requirements.

• Oversee inspections, testing, quality audits, and quality documentation.

• Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures and quality standards.

• Supervise and guide the quality assurance and quality control team.

• Investigate defects and non-conformities and conduct root-cause analysis.

• Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Track key quality performance indicators and prepare quality reports.

• Coordinate with production, procurement, maintenance, and management to resolve quality issues.

• Reduce defects and waste while improving product quality and production efficiency.

• Address customer complaints and implement appropriate corrective measures.

• Promote continuous improvement and a strong quality culture across the factory short and precise keep this one but make it short and precise
