Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily production activities to meet targets on time and within budget.

• Supervise production teams and allocate labour and resources effectively.

• Monitor production performance, workflow, quality, and productivity.

• Identify and resolve production delays and operational issues.

• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, supply chain, warehouse, and safety teams.

• Minimize waste and downtime while improving production efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and occupational health and safety standards.
