About the Job

The Merchant & Restaurant Onboarding Lead manages the full lifecycle of bringing new food partners, cloud kitchens, and retail merchants onto the platform ecosystem. This role spans account configuration, digital menu engineering, tablet setup, and initial operational integration to ensure quick conversion from contract signing to first order fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner Onboarding Execution: Lead post-sale integration for restaurants and vendors, maintaining low conversion turnaround times from acquisition to live status.

• Menu Engineering & Asset Audits: Standardize partner menus, pricing structures, high-resolution food photos, options/modifiers, and thermal packaging standards.

• Hardware & System Integration: Oversee dispatch hardware rollout, merchant portal configuration, and order-taking software training for kitchen staff.

• Go-Live Quality Control: Conduct test orders, monitor initial prep-time compliance, and resolve menu or order dispatch issues during launch week.

About You

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Information Systems, or Business Administration.

• Experience: 2–4 years in merchant onboarding, restaurant account management, or marketplace operations within food delivery ecosystems (e.g., BeU Delivery, Klik Food, or similar platforms).

• Skills: Keen attention to visual detail and menu management, solid technical adaptability for POS/hardware setup, strong partner training capabilities, fluency in Amharic, English and any
