Parts Operations Supervisor | Mobility/Automotive Division

Job Description

• Prepare spare parts replenishment lists and submit to the Service Manager; ensure timely ordering.

• Monitor item movement and recommend minimum stock levels.

• Plan and control periodic stock counts, ensure physical stock matches stock card/bin card records.

• Coordinate and supervise warehousing and stock control activities, evaluate stock control personnel performance.

• Implement 5S and Kaizen and continuously improve inventory control systems.

• Ensure accurate receiving/issuing records (correct quantities and part numbers) and report dead/non-moving stock.

• Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure proper storage of oil, lubricants, paints, and related chemicals.

• Lead, train, and motivate the spare parts warehouse team.

• Track inventory KPIs and monitor performance against budget.

Job Requirements

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in

• Automotive technology

• Mechanical Engineering

• Other related fields

Experience:

• 5+ years in Parts operation supervision.

• EV parts knowhow.

• Previous experience working in dealerships with world-class brands.

Skills:

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of Vehicle spare parts.

• Proficiency with parts management software.

• Knowledge of inventory management.

Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Customer-focused mindset with excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
