Position: Subject Teachers for Primary and KG
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver subject-specific lessons (English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, etc.).
Promote critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving in learners.
Manage classroom discipline effectively.
Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve teaching and learning practices.
Engage in school life beyond the classroom, supporting extracurricular and community activities.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Master's in education in Mathematics, English, Socia Studies, Language (Amharic and Afaan Oromo), Civics, HPE, Biology, Chemistry, Physics or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in primary school.
Skills: Excellent English communication, subject mastery, classroom management, and innovative teaching methods.
