ALSAM PLC is launching the BiC Cristal Pen Manufacturing Factory in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and invites qualified, experienced, and competent professionals to join its technical and production team.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering or with related field of study

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years' experience or 6 years' experience (Diploma) in plastic manufacturing company, preferably in pen manufacturing company

• Experience in operation, setup, and maintenance of automatic cam-driven assembly machines.

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of automatic control systems (photo sensors, proximity sensors, fiber optics, etc.).

• Knowledge of pneumatics and PLC-driven machines.

• Advanced mechanical skills for setting up complex cam-driven automatic assembly machines.

• Ability to train operators and technicians

• Strong troubleshooting and optimization capabilities.
