Job Summary

ALSAM PLC is launching the BiC Cristal Pen Manufacturing Factory in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and invites qualified, experienced, and competent professionals to join its technical and production team.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Production Engineering or with related field of study

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in in assembly production with in the FMCG manufacturing industry, with experience in supervising production teams.

• Experience in supervising automatic assembly processes.

• Experience in a plastic manufacturing company, particularly in pen assembly operations is an advantage
