ALSAM PLC is launching the BiC Cristal Pen Manufacturing Factory in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and invites qualified, experienced, and competent professionals to join its technical and production team.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or with related field of study

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years' experience or 6 years' experience (Diploma) in plastic manufacturing company.

• Experience in precision injection molding with multi-cavity molds.

• Experience in setting parameters in digitalized injection molding machines.

• Experience in Microsoft Suite (MS Word, Excel Advanced a must, Outlook and PowerPoint)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of process troubleshooting.

• Hands-on training skills to act as trainer for operators and technicians.

• Ability to analyze process data and propose optimization actions.
