Job Description

A leading manufacturing company seeks a Quality Control and Assurance Specialist to ensure product excellence. This role is critical for maintaining the highest quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and driving continuous improvement across production processes.

Key Responsibilities

Perform product inspections and functional tests on raw materials, components and finished goods.
Maintain inspection records, deviations and corrective actions in the QMS and prepare QA reports.
Lead root‑cause analysis and implement CAPA for non‑conformances.
Conduct internal audits of processes, equipment calibration and SOP adherence.
Evaluate supplier quality performance and support corrective action plans.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or related field.
3–5 years of quality control/assurance experience in manufacturing.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and related quality standards.
Experience with CAPA processes and root‑cause analysis techniques such as 5 Whys or Fishbone.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
