Quality control officer 3 (three)
Place of work: burayu industrial zone
Employment type: permanent
Salary: Negotiable with transport service

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Consistently analyze, and monitor product, packaging, and raw material quality
Perform and oversee micro-quality testing to safeguard consumer health
Monitor quality of raw materials and warehouse operations
Comply with safety and quality systems to reduce risk of recalls or regulatory non-compliance that could impact market access.
Input results daily into the quality management system, analyze trends, and report non-conformances.
Communicate findings and trends with internal teams, fostering collaboration and awareness that drive accountability and operational excellence across the plant.
 
Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Education: B.Sc. Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related field,
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a production or shift-supervision role within a manufacturing environment
Experience in food, beverage, confectionery, packaging, or consumer goods manufacturing is an advantage

DESIRABLE ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates with relevant professional certifications, specialized training, or practical experience in the following areas will have an added advantage, depending on the position:
HACCP
GMP
ISO 22000 / Food Safety Management Systems
Quality Management Systems
