Recreation Supervisor

Job Description

About the Role:
The Recreation Supervisor will lead and manage the recreation team to deliver exceptional guest experiences across our fitness, pool, and activity facilities. You will ensure safe, fun, and engaging programs, maintain high service standards, and support Hilton’s commitment to hospitality excellence.

What You Will Do:

• Supervise the daily operations of fitness and recreation areas (pool, gym, outdoor activities)
• Plan, organize, and deliver recreational programs and activities for guests of all ages
• Train, mentor, and schedule recreation team members to ensure high performance and service quality
• Monitor safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of recreation equipment and facilities
• Handle guest inquiries, suggest suitable activities, and respond to guest feedback professionally
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate events and promote recreational offerings
• Assist with department budgeting, inventory control, and resource planning
• Ensure compliance with hotel health & safety standards and brand policies

What We Are Looking For:

• Min. Diploma or Level III and above in hospitality management, Sports Science, Recreation, or a related field
• At least 4 years’ experience in recreation or leisure operations, ideally in a hotel or resort environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, guest service, and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of safety regulations, first-aid, and pool maintenance protocols
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with hotel management systems is a plus
