Arat Mekiraker Trading PLC is an Ethiopian dairy processing and distribution company established in Addis Ababa. The company collects raw milk from dairy cooperatives, commercial dairy farms, and individual suppliers, processes it into high-quality dairy products, and distributes these products to consumers through its network of authorized agents and company-owned distribution channels.
Position: Sales and Marketing Supervisor
The Sales and Marketing Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing the company's sales and marketing activities to achieve business objectives. The successful candidate will strengthen brand awareness, promote the company's products, expand market share, and identify new business opportunities while leading the sales and marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
· Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve assigned sales targets.
· Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
· Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
· Plan and execute promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and sales.
· Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and prepare regular sales and marketing reports.
· Negotiate with key clients and business partners to establish and maintain long-term relationships.
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and timely product delivery.
· Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Requirement
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, or another related field.
4–7 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a sales and marketing supervisory or management role.
Proven experience in sales strategy development, business development, and team leadership.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
Excellent customer relationship management skills.
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
