Job Summary

The Sales Executive will drive high-value B2B revenue and secure long-term lease agreements with national and international companies. This role focuses on relationship-driven outreach to ensure high property occupancy without disturbing the privacy of existing residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively identify possible clients, and secure corporate accounts, embassy listings, and high-net-worth individual clients for extended stays.
• Conduct private, by-appointment-only VIP viewings of designated show apartments, ensuring the absolute privacy and security of current residents remain undisturbed.
• Negotiate long-term corporate leases, manage renewals, and maintain strict confidentiality regarding high-profile accounts.
• Build and preserve long-term institutional relationships through personalized, professional account management.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or IT.
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of proven sales experience specifically within star-rated hotels, luxury hotels and apartments, premium corporate hospitality, or exclusive long-stay hospitality brands.
