• Sales planning and strategy;

• team leadership: market development;

• negotiation; customer relationship management;

• sales performance analysis;

• coordination with import, warehouse, logistics, and finance;

• receivables and collection follow-up.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Salary: Attractive and negotiable

• Employment Type: Full-time

• The duty station: Sheger (Furi sub city) and Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
