Job Position: Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

Job Summary: Responsible for leading the organization's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities. The role provides financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, optimize financial performance, and achieve long-term business objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

• Perform variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights to management.

• Support strategic planning and business decision-making through financial analysis and reporting.

• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, presentations, and management summaries.

• Collaborate with business units to understand financial drivers, risks, and business performance.

• Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting accuracy, efficiency, and business processes.

• Mentor and support junior Financial Planning and Analysis team members.

Job Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.  

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant work experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, or related fields

• Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

• Financial analysis and financial modeling.

• Variance analysis and financial reporting.

• Strategic thinking and business acumen.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
