Position: Senior HR Officer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

• Manage attendance, leave, employee relations, and disciplinary matters.

• Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development activities.

• Implement HR policies and procedures and prepare HR reports.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
