Position Title: Senior Marketing Officer

• Qty: 1

• Core Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing campaigns for deposit/loan growth

• Conduct market research for product design

• Manage corporate brand, media, customer relationships & field outreach

• Duty Station: Liaison Office - Addis Ababa (Legehar)

• Salary/Allowance: 40K including Allowances

Job Requirements

• Minimum Required Education: BA degree in Marketing Management, Communications, or Business Admin

• Experience Required: 4+ years in financial product marketing, brand management, or campaign execution

• Key Technical Skills & Qualifications:

• Digital Financial Services (DFS) & mobile banking

• Product development (savings/credit)

• Market research & customer acquisition
