BESYS Technologies PLC is looking for a dynamic, results-oriented, and experienced Senior Marketing Officer to join our team.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, around Welo Sefer /Bole Printing building.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Conduct market research and identify new business and market opportunities.
Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Strengthen the company's brand visibility, market positioning, and customer engagement.
Develop marketing content and promotional materials in collaboration with relevant teams.
Manage and enhance the company's digital presence, including social media platforms.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Coordinate promotional events, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports and recommendations.
Work closely with the Sales and other departments to support business development and revenue growth.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in technology trading, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, market research, branding, and digital marketing.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced business environment.
